your only breaking the law if you get caught lol. there is a lot of ways to make the original more power.4liters 4cyl motor and a 105 mm turbo French law does regulate youur engine displacement and emisions.the way it sounds do they inspect your vehicle registered on a regular basis.i know i could a v8 in mine but it is legal here in U.S. we like you try to be as cost effective on upgrades to performance on our vehicles.is it the whole country of france that prohibits larger v8s or just the metropolitan areas.i liked the porsche 4cyl but it was more cost effective for me to get the power output i wanted in my car,there is a company here in states that makes lightweight body panels for the 944.

Forbidden in the whole country, man ! Just allowed to use such upgraded 944s on race tracks !
Here, street cars have to be inspected every other year, gulp !... Sometimes, you just can't pass the test because of tyres being slightly wider than factory ones... Hurray for freedom !

thats enough to piss you off to much regulation i feel for you friend.with the cleaner burning fuel injected engines being produced you'd think that they would allow some of the regulation to allow it.it makes more waste to scrap a good car Because of a wore out powertrain and you can replace the powertrain to a more modern engine that runs cleaner. a new car costs more than to fix up than your old one.

Won't it be better and/or cheaper to strip a good ole 928 16V, then supercharge it, and look at the others wrecks disappearing in the mirror?

Ordinary people agree with this, but those who make the rules and sit in high places don't see it that way. Looking how it goes nowadays with european regulation concerning traffic or pollution emissions, you soon gonna have to pay for breathing fresh air ! It's still free, so you'd better not complain !

I can see you're really ahead of your time with keeping your ("old") cars running... We gonna run out of oil by a few decades, at least so they say...

en dessous de la tonne ca doit être possible mais il faut couper plein de truc et refaire en fibre .

Le vilo a perdu pas mal de kilos,les arbres d'équilibrage et plein d accesoires on disparu   .
Le tableau de bord est simplement un couvre tableau de bord de phase 2 rigidifié et monté sur des pattes .
j ai encore du poids à gagner je ne joue pas encore du macrolon ou lexan

T'inquiètes, t'es pas le seul à avoir férailler cette traverse en acier soudé. Celle visée, elle, faut la laisser...
